We are licensed by CDPH as a Type A/B/C facility. Our private rooms are featured with professional medical equipment, LED TVs, and a physical therapy room. Our facility is staffed with a 3:1 – 6:1 Licensed nursing and Certified Nursing Assistant ratios 24 hours a day. Our Nursing Director has a Master’s in Nursing. All sub-acute and skilled nursing services are offered, led by our clinical nursing administration staff in collaboration with our specialty teams. These include Pharmacy, Dietitians, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Infusion Therapy, Specialty Wound Care, recreational therapy, and respiratory therapy. Our medical director is an infectious disease physician with extensive experience in IV antibiotics and complex wounds. We help take care of complex pulmonary patients who need chronic weaning from tracheostomy.
